In the beginning there was nothing. Nothingness.

This nothingness cried out. It wished to be something.

It was granted a small babe blanketed in flames. The flames were fierce, bright, and untouchable unless thy wielded divine blood. The shakes of the babe’s fists crafted mountains. Her cries crafted valleys and canyons. Each of her movements gave this nothingness something.

She was the first of three. Din. Goddess of Power.

Her boundless power gave this nothingness an earth. A terrain of which to stand upon, but the earth cried out. It needed more.

Atop a dry lakebed was a rush of water, a babe floating atop. The tears of this babe gave the earth water. It learned the process of recycling such a divine gift. Soft clouds filled the sky with the sun the fire’s babe had made beforehand.

She was the second of three. Nayru. Goddess of Wisdom.

The land still need more. Once more it cried out.

There was a pile of green leaves that fell from the sky. Sleeping atop was a babe. Her laughter formed animals to traverse the land. Her claps grew plants.

She was third of three. Farore. Goddess of Courage.

The land they had forged would be known as the Sacred Realm. Above the clouds they roamed, creating a world as they moved. The high heavens would be where these goddesses lived their beginning years, creating their bonds and harnessing their sacred abilities.

Din, the eldest, was protective and caring of her younger sisters. She was the leader and strongest of them all. She was fiercely stubborn and preferred doing things by herself. Nayru, the middle, was the level-headed and wisest one. She resolved conflicts peacefully and was found to play the harp often. Farore, the youngest, was the most courageous, throwing herself into new challenges constantly. The three all got along and loved each other very much so.

After an immeasurable amount of time, the grown ladies wished to spread their wings. Below the heavens was a barren area, perfect for this. Din and her sisters scouted the area before Nayru drafted up a plan. They would create a world beneath them. One to watch and nurture. Din would make the earth, Nayru the wisdom and science, and Farore the people.

Descending upon this nothingness, Din’s arms erupted in fire as she produced the red earth for her people, Nayru poured the wisdom and gave spirit of law to her land, and Farore used her rich soul to create the many people upon their earth. Reuniting, the three created the Triforce, three triangles that held power from the trio. Touching this sacred item granted the person whatever they wished.

Thoroughly exhausted, the Goddesses retreated to the Sacred Realm and entered a grand slumber.

—

Din awoke last from the nap, her sisters calling out in delight as she came to it. They pulled Din over to a rift in the heavens where they could view the land.

“Quite impressive, I must say. Just look at how beautiful my land is.” Din was grinning with pleasure, crossing her arms.

“Big sis, just look at how my people developed your land!” Cried out Farore in joy, running to hug her sister’s side. Din only lightly laughed in turn, patting the younger’s head.

“Yes. They are maintaining peace and the goddess we assigned to protect the Triforce and the world is doing well so far.” Nayru pressed a hand to her chin, gazing down.

“Hylia?” Farore turned to look. Din peeked over as well. A woman with long blonde hair and a white gown was traversing the land.

“I would assume so unless a new goddess has been created.” Din turned to look at Nayru.

“Correct, it is Hylia. The lands have created statues in her honor and worship her akin to us.” Nayru explained.

“Really? It’s almost like we have little sister!” Farore seemed rather excited. Nayru only smiled.

“I suppose so, my dear sister. I suppose so.” Nayru only chuckles.

—

Time would stretch on, Farore and Nayru seeming to grow an affinity for Hylia while Din trained or kept to herself. Din even pressed her sisters, asking why they liked her so much.

“She loves to play dress up!” Farore cheered. “With all that hair, I can do amazing braids.”

“Lady Hylia is a wise woman. She listens to her people and is just. The power she was given is deserving.” Nayru explained.

“At least your reasoning makes sense, Nayru. However, we agreed to not bother our people. You two are complicating it with your relationship with her.” Din groaned, looking between the others.

“Din, go and spend time with Lady Hylia. You’ll find yourself surprised, perhaps.” Nayru was attempting to reason.

Din groaned. “Fine. Tomorrow.”

Accepting the idea, the sisters went about their ways.

—

Come the morning, Din finished her training regime and headed to Hylia. Hylia was immediately startled, raising a sword to her throat. Din only flicked it away with her knuckle.

“My sisters told me I should get to know you better... so I’m here. If you aren’t aware, I’m Din.”

Hylia, though initially suspicious, bowed before her lady.

“Please do forgive of me, Lady Din. I was not expecting your presence.”

Din waves away, giving the ease, before Hylia rises.

“It’s fine. Let’s see... Do you enjoy swordplay?” Din initially offered.

“Yes, I’ve been training as of late due to increasing threats, milady. I wish to bring honor to your land.” Hylia nodded.

Such formal manners weren’t Din’s cup of tea. However, Hylia ushered her outside as the two clashed swords. Though Hylia was not bad, years of training with her sisters easily gave Din the win.

“Just keep practicing. Helps to have a tough partner.” Din tossed her sword over her back as she provided the advice.

“I thank you greatly for the advice, Lady Din. May we spar sometime soon.” Hylia extended a smile.

“‘Course.” Din gave a nod before departing for the heavens.

Upon her sisters asking how the trip went, Din stated Hylia was a kind, yet very formal person. She saw no issue, but advised Hylia to lighten up. Her sisters only laughed.

—

Then it all ended.

Demons started to appear upon the earth the Golden Goddesses had created. They terrorized the land until Hylia or other strong warriors were able to strike them down. During this time, Nayru and Farore only grew in loving Hylia further. They sung praises of how the woman was noble and strong, doing all she could to protect the land she was given.

Din brushed these compliments off, stating that the goddess should be able to do such as it was her purpose. However, it did not end there. Nayru and Farore only grew more adamant about this appreciation, going as far to send Hylia gifts. This started to aggravate Din. Why was Hylia so special compared to the number of knights who fought and died against the demons?

Seeing Hylia sit upon the throne and command forces started to boil Din’s blood. Nayru pulled her aside to discuss this.

“Sister, is everything alright? You seemed to have been quite distant lately... Farore and I are worried.” Nayru gently questioned.

“You know how I feel about Hylia. Don’t play innocent. She doesn’t deserve the praise she gets. I don’t see any of you doting over the other knights.” Din pushed away her sister as she turned away.

“Hylia is different... She is like us...” Nayru spoke softly.

“HOW?!” Din whipped around, fire in her eyes.

“Stop being so childish, sister. Things are not as deep as you think. Farore and I appreciate Hylia’s loyalty and dedication to her task.” Despite cowering a bit, Nayru held her footing.

“Shut it.” Pushing past Nayru, Din walked away. Nayru only sighed as Din left.

—

Even with explaining her issues, Nayru and Farore had not changed. Frustrated, Din plotted revenge against the other goddesses to show them how she truly felt. She stood in front of the view the sisters had of Hyrule, observing the people. The answer then became obvious, she had to associate with the enemy.

With the Demon King, Demise.

—

Disguising herself as one of these demons, Din entered the land, seeking out Demise. It was in the demon king’s hideout the two would meet, the goddess meeting him in private. Below a star-covered sky, she stepped into the darkness to make her presence known.

“Who is foolish enough to strike the demon king in secret?” Demise gazed out, not bothering to turn to see the perpetrator.

“My apologies, my king. I was only seeking to train. Please, allow me to excuse myself.” Din explained from the shadows.

“I’m not familiar with your voice or presence. Who are you?” The demon started to turn.

“Eldin, milord. I traveled through the fissure earlier today. Please forgive me.” The goddess bowed before him.

“Eldin? I don’t recall hearing of that name...” He made his way closer. Slowly stepping towards Din to see her.

“They must have incorrectly marked me on the report. Many demons came through today.” Din continued to lie, staying where she was.

Demise stopped, a finger pulling Din’s chin upwards to view her face. “A clever disguise, but I can sense the light in your heart. Drop the act. Now.”

Without a moment wasted, light gently hugged Din’s body as she revealed herself to him. Demise laughed, pulling away as he stared at the deity.

“The Goddess of Power herself. I wouldn’t have expected that in a million years. You must be truly desperate if you are coming to me for help. I have no interest in bargaining with you regarding my forces.”

“That couldn’t be further from the truth, Demise. I have no issues with your horde, in fact, I welcome them.” Din explained, looking towards the taller other.

“You’re amusing. Just what do you want, goddess?”

“I grow tired of seeing my sisters sing praises of that undeserving scum, Hylia. I want to strike back at them. Show them Hylia is only the woman she is due to my blessings.” Din clenched her fists in anger.

“How do you presume we do that?” Demise looked at her curiously.

“I want you to strike her directly tomorrow. Rally all your forces and kill her where she stands.”

“I don’t follow your orders, goddess. Why should I now?” Demise seemed amused.

“I’ll lure Hylia out. You’ll have a clean shot. Better than to keep losing your forces.” Din noted.

“Tempting, but just what do I get in turn for obeying you?” By the look Demise had, it was obvious the reward had be grand.

Din only smirked. “Besides your revenge, I suppose there’s one other thing I can offer you.”

What happened that evening is a tightly kept secret between Demise, Din, Nayru, and Farore. Din had no interest in casting a spell to keep her sisters from watching her betrayal. The spite only fueled her fire.

—

Come the morning, the goddess did as planned. Departing, she meet up with Hylia, inviting her out to train. Din stated she had found a wonderful new spot to spar. Hylia followed along. Unfortunately, it was all a trap. Din cackled, disappearing into the heavens as Demise and his forces rained down on her and the tribes of the land.

This fight was as told in the history books. Demise would ultimately be defeated, cursing the land. Hylia gave up her divinity, creating Fi and allowing herself to use the Triforce when necessary. As such, peace was restored to the land.

—

Returning to the heavens, Din was faced with the consequences for her actions. Farore was ready to strike her sister down for her crimes, but Nayru kept her back. Due to Din’s negligence to keep her sisters from spying, they were able to help Hylia and the tribes prepare for Demise’s attack. Perhaps it was intentional, but Din wouldn’t say.

Farore spat at Din for what she had done with Demise, besides the planned battle. Din only stared back at her. There was no regret for what she had gave Demise in turn, but Farore needed to let her anger out. Nayru calmed Farore, but Din was not getting off so easily.

Her sisters decided Din was not worthy to continue to hold her divinity. Stripping her of her powers, Nayru and Farore sent her away to prove her worth.

—

(Events of OoS)

Awakening as the Oracle of Seasons in Holodrum, Din had no memories of her life as a goddess or knowledge she was a goddess. Traveling across the land in a performing troupe, Din danced in the troupe while attempting to avoid Onox, a general of Ganon’s army, who was trying to kidnap her in hopes of resurrecting Ganon.

Meeting Link, shortly after, Onox discovers Din’s location and kidnaps her, encasing her in a crystal in his castle. All the while, Onox states his infatuation with Din, going so far as to state his interest in marrying her, much to Din’s chagrin.

With the seasons in disarray and Din kidnapped, Link sets out to set everything straight. Killing Onox, Din is rescued and the seasons back to their natural order. The two part, Link headed back to Hyrule.

—

Divinity restored, Din returns to the Sacred Realm. Though her memories are foggy, her sisters embrace her and welcome her back ‘since she learned her lesson’. Once everything clears up, Din returns to an angered state for the punishment. The grudge over it won’t die easily, and still hasn’t. She further distances herself from her sisters and doesn’t believe their relationship could ever be repaired.

—

Nowadays Din spends her time in the Sacred Realm watching Hyrule for her amusement. She enjoys the drama and daily squabbles. She generally tries to avoid her sisters at all costs due to their troubled past. Din keeps her distance from Ganondorf as she knows he has no interest in her either. With her shrines falling to ruins from her correlation to Ganondorf, she has little interest in prayers and offerings.

Din’s shoulders weigh heavy with the regrets and actions of her past, but she has trouble talking about it, especially trusting someone to begin with. She still holds a grudge against Hylia which has transferred onto Zelda now. She sees Zelda as an annoying brat that only has the crown because it was given to her by the Goddesses. She typically calls Link stupid and annoying as well in a childish manner.

I'm pretty chill when it comes to rules, but I still expect them to be followed. I will block without warning if you continue to disregard them.

Din is a mean person. No, I don't hate you or have it out for your character. You must have your character develop their relationship with Din to get her to be friendly. If you aren't interested, this account is not for you.
No jumping into rps uninvited. This includes qrts. Just subtweet if you want to add an opinion.
Do not tag me in anything lewd on the tl. Jokes are okay, but tagging me in lewd photos is not. I will immediately block you as I try to keep my tl as sfw as possible.
I ask that you only bump rps once a week. Just because I am online doesn't mean I have the time to write out a long reply.
DMs are always open for plotting and rping, but please respect the fact that I don't want to chat about my personal life or day in them.
I don't care too much about what you call Din as opposed to obvious no goes, but please do not call the writer dear, sweetie, babe, etc.
This is an account for Goddess Din. She does have the memories of Oracle Din though. I will not rp Oracle Din unless discussed in dms beforehand.
If you have a problem with Din or me, please feel free to block at anytime. I do not care about drama and will not reply to vague tweets about myself. I'll just block you. Please do not vent to me about drama.
Din is a very casual account for me. Please expect dropped threads, unannounced hiatuses, and some crack. I try to not take this account too seriously, but I always want to respect everyone and make them feel comfortable. If I post anything that makes you uncomfortable, please say something so that I can delete it and apologize. I will not defend ignorance.

If you are interested in shipping with Din, please understand that most ships will be extremely slow-burn and dependent on development from Din. Besides that, there are a few guidelines:

Your muse must be at least 21 years of age. Gender does not matter to Din, but she is gray pan. I will most likely not ship with any Link or Zelda. Despite Din's burning hatred for Hylia, I am willing to write a ship with her.Villains will have an easier time with Din's heart as she relates to them more.
For now, Din is multi-ship. One will be her main ship and the rest are non-canon in their own verses. The main ship will be picked by me.

-

As for lewd, this will only happen in DMs with characters over 21 as well. My lewd muse fluctuates a lot so don't expect it to be a constant.
